摘 要:目前,有关碳弧熔覆电流对熔覆层表面组织和性能影响的研究较少。为此,将镍基自熔合金粉末预先涂覆在试样表面,利用碳弧热源进行熔覆,通过金相显微镜、硬度计及磨粒磨损试验对熔覆层表面的组织及性能进行了测试。结果表明:熔覆电流对熔覆层组织和性能有较大影响,涂覆层厚度为3 mm、电流为170 A时,熔覆层组织为镍基固溶体加少量共晶物,共晶组织应为镍基固溶体与多种碳化物、硼化物共晶,硬度为47.5 HRC,耐磨性最好。Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder,which was laid on the sample surface in advance,was used to form a cladding coaling by carbon arc cladding.The microstructure and properties of the cladding coaling were investigated by metallurgical microscope,hardometer and abrasive tester.Results showed that the cladding current was proved to have influence on microstructure and properties of the.cladding coating.When the cladding current was 170 A and the coaling thickness was 3 mm,the structure of the cladding coating was nickel-based solid solution and a liltle eutsctic,and the eutectic organization was formed from the nickel-based solid solution and a variety of carbide and boride.Furthermore,the coating had the best wear resistance with the hardness of 47.5 HRC.
