摘 要:压力容器制造过程中,当某材料供货状态遭到破坏时,需要对此材料进行恢复或改善性能热处理。对于容器制造厂而言,材料恢复或改善性能热处理工艺的确定较为困难。对正火态Q345R中厚度钢板试样进行不同的恢复或改善性能热处理试验,从微观组织和力学性能等方面研究分析不同热处理工艺的合理性和可行性。试验结果表明,合适的二次正火工艺可恢复Q345R中厚度钢板的材料性能,而经正火+水冷热处理后材料性能下降较多,若再次经退火或高温回火可改善材料性能。During the manufacturing process of pressure vessel steel,when the delivered condition of material was damaged,the heat treatment for recovery or improvement material performance should be conducted.But it is difficult for the vessel manufacturer to drawing up the heat treatment procedure.Different heat treatment procedures has been conducted on the normalized Q345 R medium plate,the reasonability and feasibility of heat treatment procedure was analyzed by microstructure examination and mechanical property test.The results show that the material property can be recovered by suitable normalizing procedure,after conducted the normalized water-cooled heat treatment the material property was decreased in large amplitude,but the material property can be improved by anneal or high-temperature tempering.
