摘  要:对某一大型原油储罐罐底板发生严重腐蚀穿孔的现象进行了外观检查及原因分析,其原因是罐底外壁的边缘与中心处形成的供氧差异导致了腐蚀电池、吸氧腐蚀、内部牺牲阳极质量不过关及阴极保护系统不规范等共同作用的结果。针对腐蚀原因,采取了增加罐底板厚度、合理设置参比电极位置及在罐底板增加牺牲阳极的解决方法,改造后使用效果良好。When an oilfield repaired the large crude oil tanks,discovered a crude oil tank had serious corrosion perforation phenomenon in the tank floor.Through the macroscopic observation and analysis,came to the reason for the tank corrosion:formed differences oxygen corrosion cell between the edge and center of outer wall of tank bottom,oxygen corrosion,internal sacrificial anode quality,cathodic protection system is not standardized.For the reason for corrosion,solutions has been taken in oilfield to increase the thickness of the tank bottom,a reasonable set of reference electrode position and increase the sacrificial anodes in the bottom of the tank.
