摘　　要：催化裂化装置催化剂浓度和粒度的采样器在高温气体和腐蚀性介质的作用下会产生锈蚀现象,锈蚀后的污染物会对采样分析的准确性产生一定的影响。对此采样器的结构及材质进行了分析及改进,实施后达到了锈蚀污染物不再粘附到滤筒上的目的。The sampler for granularity and concentration of the catalyst in fluid catalytic cracking unit exposed in corrosive gas in high temperature,as a result,the contamination will be influenced the veracity of sample and analysis.The sampler was been designed from structures and materials,in that the contamination couldn＇t stickup on filter canister and improved veracity of sample and analysis result.Moreover,the operation of sample will be more convenient.
