摘 要:基于常规PEMFC单电池的结构,采用实心聚碳酸酯端板和石墨镂空板的组合结构作为阴极的可视化流场,由于在可视化拍摄过程中实心聚碳酸酯端板内表面会发生雾化现象,影响可视化效果,为此,将实心聚碳酸酯端板设计为中空聚碳酸端板,通过在中空溶液腔内通入加热的乙二醇水溶液可以消除雾化现象的产生。然而,由于乙二醇水溶液在长时间运行过程中会释放出气泡,气泡聚集在中空溶液腔内,这也影响了可视化的效果,因此,进一步采用纯丙三醇液体作为循环液,在此基础上可视化拍摄效果清晰,电池性能保持不变。Based on the structure of a conventional PEMFC single cell, a visualization cathode flow field combining a solid polycarbonate end plate and an engraved graphite plate was designed. It is found the fog is condensed on the internal surface of the solid polycarbonate and impacts the visualization. As a result, a hollow polycarbonate end plate was designed. By pumping heated ethylene glycol solution into the hollow polycarbonate end plate, fogging was eliminated. However, it is found bubbles are released from the heated ethylene glycol solution after some time and they gathere inside the hollow polycarbonate end plate to impact the visualization. As a result, pure glycerin was used as the circulating fluid. Clear visualization is reached while the performance of the transparent cell unchanges.
