摘 要:铅酸蓄电池在电力系统中起着提供能源的重要作用,而在应用过程中呈现的问题比较多,由其引起的事故损失大,亟需一套完备的监测管理系统对其进行监管,防患于未然。由于大多数监测产品存在一定的问题,不能与铅酸蓄电池良好结合,在安装方式、监测方式、监测效果方面不能满足要求,监测装置品质不一,导致其产生的效益也不尽相同。通过调研选取功能较齐全,结构较合理且操作简单的智能型铅酸蓄电池及其在线监测系统,依据各方面的数据,着重从基建成本、维护成本、安全成本、投资成本方面对其运行后产生的经济效益进行分析。对铅酸蓄电池产业发展加以剖析,指出设计合理的智能型铅酸蓄电池及其监测系统的发展前景,加强对智能型铅酸蓄电池及其监测系统价值的认识。Lead-acid battery plays an important role for providing energy in the power system, but more problems happen in the application process, and the caused accidents are relatively large, needing a set of complete monitoring and management system to carry on the supervision, nip in the bud. Since most monitoring products have some problems, not with the lead-acid battery with good, and can not meet the requirements in the aspects of installation, monitoring methods, monitoring effect. The quality of the monitoring device is different, and the benefits are different. Through the investigation, the intelligent lead-acid battery and its monitoring system with relatively complete function, reasonable structure and simple operation were chosen. On the basis of the data, the operation economic cost was analyzed from the construction cost, maintenance cost, safety cost and investment cost. The industry development of lead-acid battery was analyzed to point out the development prospect of battery with reasonable design and strengthen the understanding of the value of the intelligent lead-acid battery and its monitoring system.
