摘 要:以太阳能LED照明系统为研究对象,在分析铅酸电池充电原理和方法基础上,介绍了以TL494为核心的太阳能充电控制器的工作原理及电路设计。同时针对铅酸电池的浮充电压需要根据温度变化进行调整的特性,介绍了浮充电压温度补偿原理和方法,给出温度补偿相对误差曲线。最后对设计的充电控制器进行了实验测试,结果表明,该太阳能LED照明系统满足设计要求,温度补偿效果良好。Using the LED lighting system powered by solar energy as the research object, based on the analysis of lead-acid battery charging principle and method, the solar charge controller work principle and circuit design using TL494 as the core were introduced. In accordance with the characteristics of lead-acid battery' s float charging pressure need of adjustment according to different temperature, the float charging voltage temperature compensation principle and method were introduced and temperature compensation relative error curve was given. The experiments of the designed charge controller were carried on. The results show that the solar LED lighting system meets the design requirements and the temperature compensation effect is good.
