回药苦阿双黄霜治疗红皮病性银屑病30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察回药苦阿双黄霜治疗红皮病性银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将60例红皮病性银屑病随机分为两组。治疗组30例外用药予回药苦阿双黄霜,2次/d外涂,内服药予中药辨证汤剂,1剂/d,分2次口服;对照组30例外用药予8%尿素霜,2次/d外涂。内服药予阿维A胶囊10mg,2次/d口服。2周为一个疗程,3个疗程后根据PASI评分计算疗效指数和临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前后比较,PASI分有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,PASI分有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组痊愈率为60.0%,有效率为90.0%。对照组痊愈率为53.3%,有效率为76.6%,两组有效率比较有差异(P<0.05);两组红皮病症状开始消退时间、明显消退时间和完全消退时间比较均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:回药苦阿双黄外用霜剂和中医辨证用药是治疗红皮病性银屑病的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Ku＇a Shuanghuang cream on erythroderma psoriasis. Methods： 60 patients with erythroderma psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 30 cases was given the Ku＇a Shuanghuang cream（bid, external） and orally TCM medicine（one dose a day, 2 times a dose, oral）. The control group of 30 cases was given 8% urea cream（bid, external） and orally Acitretin capsules（specification： 10 mg, bid, oral）, 2 weeks as a course. In 3 courses, efficacy index and clinical efficacy were calculated according to the PASI score. Results： The PASI scores in two groups showed significant differences after treatment（P〈0.01）. The PASI scores showed a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）. In the treatment group, the cure rate was 60% and the efficiency was 90.0%; in the control group, the cure rate was 53.3% and the efficiency was 76.6%. The efficiency showed a difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The begin fade time, the obviously fade time, the complete fade time of erythroderma showed a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Ku＇a Shuanghuang external cream and TCM medicine is effective on treating erythroderma psoriasis.
