养正消积胶囊配合介入治疗恶性肿瘤62例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨养正消积胶囊配合介入治疗恶性肿瘤的临床应用效果。方法:对照组给予介入化疗治疗,研究组在介入化疗的基础上加用养正消积胶囊,记录两组原发性肝癌患者治疗前后的治疗效果及生存质量,对所得数据实施专业统计学检验。结果:研究组临床总有效率高达86.67%(39例),对照组仅为68.89%(31例)(P<0.05);两组原发性肝癌患者治疗前生存质量对比并无显著差异(P>0.05);经上述不同方法治疗后两组生存质量均较之前均显著改善,研究组生存质量改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对恶性肿瘤患者给予养正消积胶囊联合介入化疗可获得更为理想的临床疗效,有利于保障患者的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule plus the interventional therapy on malignant tumor. Methods： The control group was treated with interventional chemotherapy; the study group was given the Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule more. The efficacy and quality of life were recorded in two groups（before and after treatment）. The data was tested according to professional statistics. Results： The total clinical efficiency was 86.67%（39 cases） in the study group, and 68.89%（31 cases） in the control group only（P〈0.05）. Quality of life in two groups before treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After treatment, quality of life in two groups were improved, and the study group was better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yang Zheng Xiaoji capsule plus the interventional chemotherapy on malignant tumor can gain more satisfactory clinical efficacy, and guarantee the quality of life.
