白内障超声乳化术后切口裂开、虹膜脱出原因分析及处理

摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障超声乳化术后切口裂开的原因、治疗及预防。方法:观察22例白内障超声乳化术后切口裂开伴有虹膜脱出老年性白内障且术中无并发症患者,分析其术后切口裂开的原因、处理方法,观察预后。结果:22例患者中,2例虹膜嵌顿于隧道内,外切口无虹膜脱出,采取保守治疗,术后视力较好,其余20例外切口虹膜脱出,均采取手术治疗,14例恢复术后最好视力,2例矫正后恢复术后最好视力,4例低于术后最好视力,22眼中无一例出现眼内炎等严重并发症。结论:及时治疗可有效防止眼部出现更严重的并发症,病人多数可以获得较好的视力,但预防切口裂开更重要。Objective： The causes, treatment and prohibition for incision dehiscence in patients after phacoemulsification were investigated. Methods： Based on 22 patients with senile cataract and no complication during surgery, who suffered from incision dehiscence and iris prolapse, reasons, treatment and prognosis were observed and analyzed. Results： Among the 22 patients, 2 cases were adopted by conservative treatment and received good visual recovery. The others were given surgery, and 14 cases restored their best vision after the operation, while 2 patients＇ eyesight righted itself to the best after the correction. Only 4 eyes in total were underestimated for the visual rehabilitation. Meanwhile there was no severe complication like entophthalmia in the 22 patients. Conclusion： Immediate treatment for the eyes will prohibit patients from more harmful complication and help patients to recover the best part. Similarly, the prohibition from incision split matters should be paid more attention.
