探讨中医护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察与分析中医护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2014年3月-2015年3月我院所收治的68例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将全部患者分成甲组与乙组,每组各有34例患者,甲组患者予以常规护理措施,乙组患者予以中医护理干预措施,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行观察与比较。结果:在情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能等方面的评分上,乙组患者比甲组患者高,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对变应性鼻炎患者实施中医护理干预可在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量,值得大力推行与应用。Objective： To observe and analyze efficacy of the TCM nursing on quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods： From March 2014 to March 2015, 68 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the group A and the group B, 34 patients in each group. The group A was given routine nursing; and the group B received the TCM nursing. Clinical nursing efficacy in two groups was observed and compared. Results： The scores of emotional function, cognitive function, social function, physical function in the group B were better, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM nursing on allergic rhinitis can improve the quality of life, and is worthy of promotion.
