摘  要:详细介绍了模锻低压级叶片叶根的形式及加工关键控制点,说明了其加工R刀具的形式及使用情况,阐述R刀片的加工瓶颈,并给出工艺解决方案,继而利用该工艺方案进行实际加工试验。实验结果证明:利用该工艺方案及设计专用夹具,大大提高了R刀片关键尺寸的加工效率,降低生产成本并稳定了质量。Various kinds of blade roots and critical manufacturing points of forging low-pressure stage blades were introduced.The types of Blade-R and its application were explained.The manufacturing bottleneck of Blade-R was illustrated, and then a processing technology was proposed to solve the difficulty.A tested research was conducted on the basis of this processing technology.It is proved that using the processing technology and the designed special fixture, the processing efficiency of the key size of Blade-R is improved. Meanwhile, the production cost is greatly reduced while the production quality is stabilized .
