摘 要:流体携砂冲蚀球座易导致投球滑套密封失效,而投球滑套的密封性能是影响水平井裸眼分段压裂完井技术的关键因数之一。为研究投球滑套密封的冲蚀磨损失效,依据投球滑套的实际工况,基于流体力学、切削变形理论和试验数据,建立一套适用于球座冲蚀磨损仿真分析规范及评价方法。基于上述规范及方法,利用流体软件实现锥度球座的结构优化。结果表明,球座最大冲蚀磨损率主要分布于漏斗形锥面变径处;随着球座锥度的增加,最大及平均冲蚀磨损率也相应地增加,并呈现出二次函数的变化趋势。Sand-carrier fluid makes sliding sleeve tee erosion and leads to sliding sleeve ball seal failure,and sealing performance of the sliding ball sleeve is one of the key factors which influence the well completion technique of horizontal well fracturing open hole.According to the actual working condition of the sliding ball sleeve,based on fluid mechanics,the cutting deformation theory and the test data,a set of suitable simulation analysis standard and evaluation method for tee erosion was established to research erosion failure of the sliding ball sleeve seal.Based on the above standard and method,fluid software was used to optimize taper tee structure.The results show that maximum erosion wear rate of the tee is mainly distributed in the diameter change area of funnel cone.With the increasing of tee taper,the maximum and average erosion wear rate are also increased accordingly,and present the changing tendency of the quadratic function.
