摘　　要：阐述临床药师对1例脓毒性急性肾损伤再障患儿的抗感染治疗药学监护过程。临床药师重点关注儿童、骨髓抑制、连续血液净化情况下患者的抗感染用药方案制定,根据患者病情、年龄、肾功能等情况合理选择药物并制定恰当的给药方案,并根据病情变化协助医生制定个体化给药方案,合理使用药物并监护其可能发生的不良反应等。This paper described the course of anti-infection therapy and pharmaceutical care of sepsis-induced acute kidney injury in a pediatric patient with aplastic anemia.The clinical pharmacists paid more attention on the antimicrobial regimen in pediatric patients with myelosuppression in continuous blood purification,designed individualized therapeutic regimen on the basis of patient ＇s condition,age and renal function,used drugs rationally and monitored the possible adverse reactions.
