变性真皮上自体刃厚皮移植治疗手部关节深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手部关节背侧深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的处理方法。方法 34例因各种原因致78个手部关节背侧深Ⅱ度烧伤的患者,创面保留间生态组织,移植覆盖自体刃厚皮,观察治疗效果。结果 34例患者78个关节均治愈,各关节形态饱满,弹性与韧性较好,功能良好。结论变性真皮上自体刃厚皮移植治疗手部关节深Ⅱ度烧伤效果满意,操作简便,便于掌握。ObjectiveTo investigate treatment method for hand joints deep Ⅱ burn wound.Methods A total of 34 patients with 78 hand joints deep Ⅱ burn wounds received autogenous split-thickness skin transplantation with reserved anhydrobiosis tissue. Their curative effects were observed.ResultsAmong the 34 patients, there were 78 cured joints with full form, good elasticity and ductility, and precise function.Conclusion Autogenous split-thickness skin transplantation on denatured dermis provides satisfactory effect in the treatment of hand joints deep Ⅱ burn wound, along with easy operation and convenience.
