摘　　要：在我国全面实施军民融合战略和创新驱动发展战略的背景下,军民融合领域中技术协同创新的重要地位和发展趋势日益凸显。在分析军民融合技术协同创新时代需求的基础上对军民融合技术协同创新的内涵与特点进行了探讨,从内容方式、思想观念、创新资源、技术管理等方面对军民融合技术协同创新的基本要求进行了剖析。研究表明,在理论上析清军民融合式技术协同创新发展及其基本要求,可以为做好新时期军民融合技术协同创新实践提供指导。In the context of China＇s full implementation of the civil-military integration strategy and innovation driven development strategy, the important status and development trend of technological collaborative innovation from civil-military integrated perspective has become increasingly prominent. Based on the analysis of the needs of our time for civil military technological collaborative innovation, the connotation and characteristics of Civil-military Technological Collaborative Innovation（CTCI） are discussed. Furthermore, the CTCI＇s essential requirements can be divided into the contents and patterns, ideological conception, innovation resources and technology management. The research indicates that to clarify in theory civil- military technological collaborative innovation and its essential requirements can provide guidance for understanding and practices of the current civil-military technological collaborative innovation.
