摘　　要：图书馆是海量文献资源的存储、管理和集散中介,文献资源数量的迅速增加,对士官学员有很大的吸引力。士官学员来自不同地区,他们所学专业不同,年龄结构也不同,造成了对知识的渴求方向不同。为此,图书馆多次组织开会和问卷调查,对学员进行简单分类。根据不同类型学员的不同需求,创新图书馆的服务策略,并完善了图书馆的服务措施。Library is a mass of literature resources storage,management and distribution intermediary. The rapid increase of literature resources has the great appeal for cadets. Sergeant cadets are from different regions and have different majors and age structure,which results in a different thirst for knowledge. So the library has organized several conferences and a series of questionnaires in order to give a simple division for Sergeant cadets. According to different needs of different types of sergeant cadets,the library innovates service strategies and improves the library service measures.
