摘　　要：网络教学资源开放平台是实施网络教育的技术前提,其建设已经成为信息素养教育信息化深入推进、深化改革的发展的方向。以网络教学资源开放平台建设为对象,分析相关的文献,探讨关于网络教学资源开放平台建设的现状、研究动态、存在的主要问题及未来发展趋势,为后续的深入研究与实践奠定基础。The open platform of network teaching resources is the technical prerequisite for the implementation of network education,and its construction has become the direction of the development of information literacy education and deepening the reform. Taking the open platform construction of network teaching resources as research object,this paper analyse the relevant literature,and investigates the present situation,dynamic research,the existing main problems and the future trend of development,and lays the foundation for further research and practice.
