面部断发毛癣菌肉芽肿一例

摘　　要：患者,女,44岁。面部红斑2月余,加重1周就诊。真菌培养鉴定为断发毛癣菌。组织病理PAS染色可见菌丝。诊断:断发毛癣菌所致面部肉芽肿。A 44-years-old woman presented with erythematous lesions on the face for 2 months and aggra-vated for a week. Trichophyton tonsurans was identified by fungal culture and the hypha was found by PAS stain. The diagnosis of trichophytic granuloma caused by trichophyton tonsurans was made.
