摘　　要：社区矫正作为一种非监禁刑的行刑方式,是当今世界各国刑罚制度发展的一种趋势。建立起真正意义上社区矫正制度,在我国行刑工作日趋科学化、文明化、多元化、规范化的今天,必将成为现代刑罚文明和进步的标志,也将给我国传统刑罚理念带来深刻的变革,是刑罚适用模式从以监禁刑为主导向以非监禁刑为主导的过渡和转变。因此,对于社区矫正制度相关问题的研究具有一定的现实意义。Community correction as a non-custodial sentence execution mode, is a trend in today＇s penal system development in countries around the world. Establishing a real sense of community correction system, our execution work is increasingly scientific civilized, diversification, standardization today, will become a symbol of modern civilization and progress of the penalty, the penalty will also bring profound changes for China＇s traditional philosophy, is the penalty applicable to a sentence of imprisonment from model-based guide to non-custodial sentence for leading the transition and transformation. Therefore, the study of issues related to community correction system has a certain practical significance.
