摘　　要：采用预处理/厌氧UASB/好氧SBR处理工艺处理啤酒生产废水,处理规模为3000 m^3/d,原水COD为3000 mg/L、BOD5为1500 mg/L、NH_3-N为20 mg/L、SS为800 mg/L,处理后出水水质满足《河南省啤酒工业水污染物排放标准》(DB41)中表2排放标准,即COD≤60 mg/L、BOD5≤15mg/L、NH_3-N≤8 mg/L、SS≤50 mg/L。该工艺运行费用低、管理简单方便、易于操作、无二次污染。The combined process of pretreatment , UASB, SBR was used to treat the wastewater from beer processing industry with a treatment capacity of 3000m3/d.The influent COD, BOD5, NH3 -N and SS were 3000mg/L, 1500mg/L, 20mg/L and 800mg/L respectively.After treatment, the effluent quality could meet the discharge limits in the table 2 of Discharge Standard of water Pollutants for henan beer industry （DB41）, that is COD≤60 mg/L, BOD5≤15mg/L, NH3 -N≤8mg/L, SS≤50mg/L.The combined process has low operation cost , simple and convenient management , facile operation and no secondary pollution .
