摘　　要：针对突发污染事件,为有效弥补传统监测方法存在的不足,开展了生物毒性在线预警技术的集成研究。在硬件集成、远程控制、应急响应等方面进行了功能开发。性能测试结果满足相关技术要求,但灵敏度尚需提升。对仪器运行维护及考核管理方法进行了归纳总结,为生物毒性预警技术在环境在线监测中的应用提供了经验。Research on the integration of biological toxicity online early warning technology was carried out for pollution emergency, in order to effectively compensate for the shortcomings of traditional monitoring methods. The hardware integration, remote control, emergency response and other functions were developed. Performance test results met the relevant technical requirements, but the sensitivity of the luminescent bacteria still need to be enhanced. Operation and maintenance of the instrument together with the assessment and management methods were summarized. Experiences of applications biological toxicity online early warning technology were provided in environmental monitoring.
