摘 要:贵金属Pd作为催化剂活性组分广泛用于精细化工、环保、炼油催化剂等领域,如不饱和有机物加氢、机动车尾气净化、烟气脱销、催化重整等。CO与亚硝酸甲酯(MN)偶联合成草酸酯催化剂(Pd/α-Al_2O_3)虽已应用,但失活研究较少,主要是天津大学进行了该催化剂的失活研究。文章参考其它贵金属Pd催化剂失活原因,对草酸酯合成催化剂(Pd/α-Al_2O_3)可能的失活原因进行探讨。Noble metal Pd as catalyst active component is widely used in the field of fine chemical industry, environmental protection, oil refining catalysts, such as unsaturated organic hydrogenation, motor vehicle tail gas purification, flue gas denitrification, catalytic reforming. CO and methyl nitrite(MN) coupling synthesis of oxalic ester catalysts(Pd/α-Al2O3) although have been applied. However, the deactivation of the catalyst was less studied, the deactivation of the catalyst was mainly studied in Tianjin University. In the paper, the reason of deactivation of Pd catalyst for other precious metals is discussed, and the possible deactivation of the catalyst for oxalic ester(Pd/α- Al2O3) synthesis is discussed.
