摘 要:在相同处理风量的条件下,分别采用气动乳化塔和喷淋吸收塔进行CAR法烟气脱硝。试验结果表明:气动乳化塔的脱除效率是喷淋吸收塔的1.4倍,气动乳化塔的液气比是喷淋吸收塔的45%。与喷淋塔相比,气动乳化塔具有传质效率高、吸收效率高、液气比低、无堵塞结垢(无喷头结构)等特点。In the same air flow conditions, pneumatic emulsifying tower and spray absorption tower were used in CAR denitration. The test results showed that the removal efficiency of the pneumatic emulsifying tower is 1.4 times the spray absorption tower; Liquid gas ratio of the pneumatic emulsifying tower is 45 % of the spray absorption tower. Compared with the spray tower, pneumatic emulsifying tower has the characteristics of high mass transfer efficiency and high absorption efficiency, liquid gas ratio is low, no clogging.
