摘　　要：文章以危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)指导高硫精矿烟气制酸工段的设计过程。经过HAZOP分析,可以全面、系统地辩识整个系统中的危险源,并针对性地指出原因,给予安全措施,减少设计缺陷并使设备更加稳定、安全地运行。The paper applies hazard and operability study（HAZOP）in the design stage of acid-making with smelting gas from high-sulfur concentrate. Through the HAZOP report, sources of danger in this system are identified systematically, and the cause and suggestion are provided pointedly, to reduce design detects and increase stability and security of the devices.
