摘  要:近年来,多条特高压线路已经投入运行。作为主设备之一的特高压GIS得到了广泛应用。但是由于缺少基础理论研究及生产实践经验,特高压GIS用盆式绝缘子在运行中暴露出一些问题。本文介绍了中国电力科学研究院在特高压GIS监理工作中开展的盆式绝缘子质量提升活动,论述了设备监理在提升特高压设备质量中的重要作用。Many UHV transmission lines have been put into operation in recent years while some more are still under construction. As one of the main equipment, UHV GIS has been widely used. However, due to the lack of fundamental research and application practice, some problems of the GIS basin-type insulator have revealed during operation. In this article, the author introduces how China Electric Power Research Institute improves the quality of the basin-type insulator during their GIS supervision service, which covers the requirements for delivery test, standard for type test, key technological process, key quality factors, and quality control scheme. The article discusses the importance of supervision service for promoting the quality of UHV equipment.
