摘 要:目的:探讨PDCA循环的晨会提问在护士分层级培训中的作用。方法按照培训时间将64名护士分为实验组与对照组各32名,两组均接受护士分层级培训,实验组采用 PDCA循环的晨会提问方式开展培训,对照组采用传统的培训方法。于培训后采用试卷测试方法,对两组护士的烧伤护理工作质量进行比较,随机抽取两组护士管床患者各100例,采用调查问卷形式比较护理工作满意度。结果培训后实验组各项目得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组患者满意度为96.0%,对照组为82.0%,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环的晨会提问能有效提高护士的护理工作质量和患者满意度,提高分层级培训效果。Objective To explore the effects of morning shift meeting question combined with PDCA cycle on nurses’ hierarchy training . Methods Sixty‐four nurses were assigned to experimental and control group of 32 ones each according to training time ,both groups received nurses’ hierarchy training ,experi‐mental group was trained using morning shift meeting question according to PDCA cycle ,and control group using traditionary training method .Before and after training intergroup qualities of clinical nursing services using paper testing and satisfaction to nursing services using questionnaire in 100 patients of each group were compared .Results After training all items scores were significantly higher in experimental than in control group (P〈0 .01) ,patients’ satisfaction was 96 .0% in experimental and 82 .0% in control group ,the former significantly higher than the latter (P〈 0 .01) .Conclusion Morning shift meeting question according to PDCA cycle could effectively boost the quality of nursing services ,patients’ satisfac‐tion and the result of hierarchy training .
