全期护理对永久性结肠造口患者自护能力及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨全期护理对永久性结肠造口患者自护能力及心理状态的影响。方法将84例永久性结肠造口患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，各42例，两组患者均给予常规基础护理，研究组在此基础上采用全期护理，观察3个月。于护理前后采用自我护理能力量表评估两组患者自我护理能力的变化，心理状态评估量表评估两组患者的心理状态变化。结果护理后两组自我护理能力量表与心理状态评估量表评分均较护理前显著提高（P＜0．01），研究组较对照组提高更显著（P＜0．01）。结论全期护理能显著提高永久性结肠造口患者的自我护理能力，改善患者的心理状态效果。Objective To explore the influences of perioperative nursing on the self‐care ability and psy‐chological states of permanent colostomy （PC） patients .Methods Eighty‐four PC patients were randomly divided into two groups of 42 ones each ,both groups received routine basic nursing ,and on this basis re‐search group adopted perioperative nursing for 3 months .Changes of self‐care agency were assessed with the Exercise of Self‐Care Agency Scale （ESCA） before and after nursing and those of psychological states with the Mental Status Scale in non‐psychiatric settings （MSSNS） .Results After nursing the ESCA and MSSNS scores of both groups heightened more significantly compared with pre‐nursing （P〈0 .01） ,so did those in observation than in control group （P〈 0 .01） .Conclusion Perioperative nursing could notably improve self‐care agency and psychological states of PC patients .
