摘  要:采用响应面法优化超声波提取新疆大叶补血草根茎中总黄酮的工艺条件。采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计及响应面法分析(Response surface analysis methodology,RSM)对大叶补血草根茎中总黄酮的超声波提取工艺进行优化,建立回归模型。结果表明,经RSM数据处理获得提取最优条件为:超声30 min,液料比17∶1(m L/g),乙醇浓度为65%,总黄酮得率预测值为2.15%。在最优条件下进行3次验证试验,总黄酮的平均得率为2.45%,与理论值的相对误差为0.6%,理论值与试验值相吻合。在最佳提取条件下,可从新疆大叶补血草根茎中获得质量稳定、含量较高的总黄酮提取物。Response surface method was applied to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions for preparing total flavonoids from Limonium gmelinii(Wiid)Kuntze. The influence factors of ultrasonic extraction were eval-uated using the Box-Behnken central component experiments and analyzed by RSM. The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows:extraction time of 30 min, ratio of liquid to solid 17∶1 (mL/g), concen-tration of ethanol 65%. The predicted yield of general flavonoids was 2.15%. Validation experiments were car-ried out three times at the optimal conditions, the average yield of general flavonoids was 2.45%. The relative error between actual values and predicted values is 0.6%. It fit well the predicted values. The developed regres-sion equation can be well fitted with experimental results and used for actual prediction, and it also provided ref-erence for the extraction of total flavonoids from L. gmelinii.
