中药熏蒸治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床疗效。方法:将96例活动期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组47例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加中药熏蒸治疗。2组疗程均为1个月。比较2组治疗前后VAS疼痛评分、实验室指标及总体疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组疗效满意率、临床症状、疼痛VAS评分、实验室指标等均优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但在治疗后3个月,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸治疗活动期类风湿关节炎近期疗效确切,使用方便。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in active stage.Methods：Ninety-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis in active stage were randomly divided into a treatment group（49cases）and a control group（47cases）.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the conventional treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for a month.The VAS pain scores,laboratory indexes and overall curative effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results：After treatment,the curative rate of the treatment group was satisfactory,and its VAS pain score,laboratory index and overall curative effect were superior to those of the control group,the difference between the two groups being statistically signiifcant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine fumigation has a good curative effect and easy to manipulate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in active stage.
