国内高校图书馆数据库过量下载的特点及对策分析

摘　　要：数据库过量下载是一种严重侵犯知识产权的行为,给学校带来长期而深远的负面影响。文章论述了国内高校数据库过量下载的特点,指出应从增强版权意识、完善管理制度、采用技术手段及加大惩罚力度等方面改善高校图书馆数据库过量下载现状。Database excessive downloading is a serious infringement long-term and far-reaching negative effects to the university. This paper of intellectual property rights, which brings analyzes the characteristics of the database ex- cessive downloading in domestic universities. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the situation, such as enhanc- ing copyright awareness, perfecting management system, using technical methods, and severely punishing those who vi- olate disciplines.
