摘　　要：1病例报告 患者,女,50岁,因右耳耳鸣伴听力下降4年于2015年4月8日入我科治疗。患者4年前无明显诱因出现右耳博动性耳鸣,持续性,与心跳脉博一致,安静时加重,伴听力下降,呈渐进性,无耳流脓、耳痛,无眩晕,无面瘫,至当地医院诊断为＂中耳炎＂,予氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,未见明显好转。专科检查：右侧外耳道通畅,鼓膜完整、稍红、内陷。2015年3月28日本院右侧中耳乳突CT平扫示：Extracranial meningioma involving the middleear is extremely uncommon.We report a case of a primary ectopic meningioma of themiddle earand clinically presenting as tinnitus with hearing loss.This case report highlights important considerations and pitfalls in the diagnosisand treatment methods of this tumour.
