摘　　要：2004年12月我国卫生部颁发了《新生儿听力筛查技术规范》,该规范将新生儿听力筛查工作进行了规范和统一,以实现早期发现并干预听障患儿的目标。随着新生儿普遍听力筛查的开展,临床中筛查出愈来愈多的听障患儿,为了确诊这部分患儿的听力损失程度及类型,需要通过组合听力测试及相关检查进行听力诊断。Nowadays,the newborn hearing screening has carried out in China generally.Acoustic stapedial reflex,which could detect problems in the stapedial reflex pathway,is one of the general screening tools.Because of the immatureness of hearing system and poor cooperation of infants,we should build new standards of infants when testing acoustic stapedial reflex.The paper has summarized the studies about acoustic stapedial reflex on infants,which may guide the clinical work.
