摘　　要：目的了解福州市居民心脏病死亡的原因分布,为制定心脏病的防治对策提供依据。方法采用入户调查的方法,按ICD-10的标准和方法进行死因分类,对福州市2011—2014年居民心脏病死亡情况进行全面分析。结果 2011—2014年福州市居民心脏病死亡16 505例,平均死亡率为84.83/10万,男性高于女性;前3位死因依次为急性心梗死、其他冠心病、高血压性心脏病;45岁以上人群是心脏病死亡率高发人群。居民减寿率为3.01‰,潜在工作损失率为2.63‰,男性心脏病潜在寿命损失率和潜在工作损失率分别为3.98‰和3.49‰,女性分别为1.98‰和1.72‰。结论心脏病是威胁福州市居民的主要死亡原因之一,且对男性影响更大,应采取综合性干预措施,预防或减少心脏病的发生。[Objective]To explore the cause distribution of heart diseases death cases in Fuzhou City,provide basis of developing the prevention and control strategies of heart diseases.[Methods] Through the household survey,the death cases of heart diseases in Fuzhou City from 2011-2014 were overall analyzed according to the standard and method of ICD-10. [Results]Totally16 505 death cases of heart diseases were reported in Fuzhou City from 2011-2014,with the average mortality rate of 84.83/lakh,and the mortality rate in males was higher than that in females. The top three cause of death were acute myocardial infarction,other coronary heart diseases and hypertensive heart disease. People above 45 years old were the high-risk group. The rate of YPLL and WYPLL among residents was 3.01‰ and 2.63‰ respectively. The influences of potential life lost and potential working life lost from heart diseases in males were more conspicuous than those in females,which the rate of YPLL and WYPLL in males was 3.98‰ and 3.49‰respectively,while those in females was 1.98‰ and 1.72‰ respectively.[Conclusion]Heart diseases have become the main cause of death among residents in Fuzhou City,and the influence in males is more conspicuous. It is necessary to carry out the comprehensive intervention measures to prevent and decrease the incidence rate of heart diseases.
