2009—2014年北京市密云县其他感染性腹泻流行病学特征

摘　　要：目的了解北京市密云县2009—2014年其他感染性腹泻的流行特征,掌握其流行规律,为制定预防控制对策和措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对密云县2009—2014年临床诊断其他感染性腹泻的资料进行分析。在密云县设立3所哨点医院,采集2011—2014年肠道门诊腹泻患者的粪便标本,用ELISA和RT-PCR方法对常见致腹泻病毒(杯状病毒、轮状病毒)进行检测。结果密云县2009—2014年共有其他感染性腹泻病例10 848例,年平均发病率为362.05/10万,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。2014年发病率最高为614.08/10万。密云县腹泻的病原主要以轮状病毒和诺如病毒为主,两者检出率均为11.55%。结论密云县其他感染性腹泻发病数位居全县法定报告传染病第1位,发病率较高且呈逐年上升,应继续做好综合防制工作。[Objective]To explore the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Miyun County of Beijing from2009-2014,analyze the epidemic law,and provide scientific evidence for formulating the control and prevention measures.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of clinically diagnosed cases of other infectious diarrhea in Miyun County from 2009-2014.The stool specimens of diarrhea patients were collected from intestinal outpatient departmenta of 3 sentinel hospitals in Miyun County,and the common diarrhea viruses（goblet virus and rotavirus）were detected by ELISA and RT-PCR.[Results]There were totally 10 848 cases of other infectious diarrhea in Miyun County from 2009-2014,with the average annual incidence rate of 362.05/lakh. The incidence rate showed a rising trend year by year,and the incidence rate in 2014 was the highest,which was 614.08/lakh. The main pathogens of other infectious diarrhea were rotavirus and norovirus,which the detection rates were both 11.55%.[Conclusion] The other infectious diarrhea presents the highest case number among notifiable infectious diseases in Miyun County,and the incidence rate is higher and increasing year by year. It is necessary to continue to implement the comprehensive prevention and control work.
