临床医学生对遗体捐献的认知调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床医学专业学生对遗体捐献的认知状况、所持态度和影响因素。方法以教学班为单位整群抽样,对南京医科大学7年制临床医学专业2013级8个班共220名学生进行问卷调查。结果所有被调查学生对遗体捐献均持赞成态度,但对遗体捐献程序了解的不多。74.1%的调查对象表示支持亲人捐献遗体,但只有22.5%的学生表示自己愿意捐献遗体。结论对医学生遗体捐献知识的宣传需要加强,教育方式需要改进,规范的遗体捐献法规亟需建立。[Objective] To investigate the cognitive status and attitudes of body donation among clinical medicine students,analyze its influencing factors.[Methods]Based on a cluster sampling method,220 clinical medicine students from 8 classes of seven-year program by 2013 of Nanjing Medical University were investigated by the questionnaire. [Results]All study subjects were in favor of the body donation,but many of them were lack of understanding on the regulations and procedures of the body donation. 74.1% of students expressed supports for their relatives to donate the body,but only 22.5% were willing to donate their own body after death.[Conclusion]The education on the body donation needs to be strengthened with an improved educational method. It is urgent to establish a national law or regulation to manage the body donation.
