类固醇肌病的研究现状

摘　　要：糖皮质激素为一种常用抗炎药,具有强大的抗炎和免疫抑制功能,临床上广泛用于炎症及自身免疫性疾病,但如使用不当或在少数敏感个体,则可诱发类固醇肌病。大量对类固醇肌病病因学和机制的研究,推动了对这一疾病的诊断和治疗,从而增加了对该病的整体认识。以下就类固醇肌病的相关发病机制、临床特点、诊断和治疗手段作一综述。Glucocorticoid is a kind of common anti-inflammatory drugs with functions of strong anti-inflammatory and immunesuppression,which is widely applied in the inflammation and autoimmune disease clinically. But it can induce steroid myopathy if improperly used or in a few sensitive individuals. A lot of research on etiology and mechanism of steroid-induced myopathy push for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,thus increasing the overall understanding of the disease. The following is the related pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of steroid myopathy.
