摘 要:为解决2301工作面回风巷部分掘进段巷道变形及成型差问题,依据现场地质条件分析了高应力区域产生的原因、建立了煤层三维力学结构模型、对回风巷掘进应力场与位移场进行了相应的数值模拟并对煤层实施了大直径钻孔卸压。结果表明:2301工作面回风巷煤层背脊褶曲结构是导致应力集中的主要因素;煤厚褶曲区域应力均值大于煤薄区域;煤厚褶曲区域顶板与煤层的应力集中高、位移变化大;2301工作面回风巷煤厚褶曲段实施大直径钻孔卸压,解决了巷道变形的问题。To solve the deformation and poor formation problem of excavating section roadway at 2301 working face of part return air roadway,based on field geological conditions,this paper analyzed the causes of the high stress area,and set up the 3D mechanical structure model of coal seam,carry out the corresponding numerical simulation for return air roadway excavating stress field and displacement field and implement large diameter borehole pressure relief. The results show that the back fold structure of 2301 return airway mining coal seam is the main factor leading to stress concentration; the average stress of fold zone in thick seam is larger than that in thin zone; the stress in roof and coal seam in thick seam fold zone is high and the displacement is big. The implement of borehole pressure relief with large diameter in thick coal fold return airway of 2301 working face solves the deformation of roadway.
