摘　　要：经过近20年的发展,目前我国数字资源长期保存的实践仍处于起步阶段,其步伐落后于我国经济社会的发展进程。随着数字资源国家战略地位的日益凸显,深入分析影响我国数字资源长期保存的相关因素就显得十分必要且紧迫。本文从政治、经济、科技、文化等角度,全面探析了我国数字资源长期保存的制约因素,旨在为切实推进其发展进程提供参考。It is nearly 20 years since the long-term preservation practice of digital resources has been developed in our country, however, it is still in its infancy, and which is behind the pace of Chinese economic and social development. With the growing status of digital resources as national strategy, it is very necessary and urgent to deeply analyze the related factors influencing the long-term preservation practice of digital resources in our country. From the perspective of politics, economy, science and technology, culture, etc, this article discusses comprehensively the influence factors of long-term preservation practice of digital resources, aiming at providing references to promote its development.
