中风病气虚血瘀证证候特点概述

摘　　要：目的对中风病气滞血瘀证型进行更加系统的分析整理,为临床治疗中风病提供帮助。方法对中风病气滞血瘀证的相关文献研究、临床调查及临床客观化研究进行整理分析。结果从文献的研究中可以发现,从病因而论,气血内虚是最终引起脏腑阴阳失调,气血逆乱进而发为中风;而从病机而论,瘀血阻于脑脉,脑脉不通,清窍失灵,亦发生中风。此外,通过临床病例分析发现,气滞血瘀证型在中风病所有证型中分布广、频率高的特点,以及气虚血瘀型中风病在发病部位和血液检验有一定的规律性。结论掌握气虚血瘀的证候特点在临床上对判断中风病病因病机起到一定的作用。同时,通过现代的影像学与血液检验学特点可以更好的针对气虚血瘀型中风病进行中西医结合治疗,从而提高治疗该病的疗效。Objective To analyze the more system on the stroke of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,to provide help for the clinical treatment of stroke. Methods Stroke and blood stasis related literature research,clinical investigation and clinical research objective analysis. Results From the literature can be found from the cause in the blood deficiency is the ultimate cause of viscera imbalance between yin and yang,qi and blood and hair for stroke; From the pathogenesis in terms of blood stasis in cerebral vein,cerebral vein barrier,Qingqiao failure,also had a stroke. In addition,through the clinical analysis,the characteristics of blood stasis syndrome type of qi stagnation and wide distribution,high frequency in all stroke syndrome,and qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke in incidence and blood tests have certain regularity. Conclusion To grasp the syndrome characteristics of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the clinical treatment of stroke disease etiology and pathogenesis,at the same time,through the modern imaging and blood test characteristics can be better for qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke in Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment,and thus greatly improve the treatment of the disease.
