百令胶囊对老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者肺功能及IL-17的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊对老年咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者的肺功能、白介素-17(IL-17)的影响。方法 66例老年CVA患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。观察组给予百令胶囊联合沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂治疗,对照组单纯使用沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂治疗。治疗16周后对2组患者进行肺功能包括第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计百分值(FEV1%)、FEV1与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)及IL-17比较。结果 2组治疗后FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、PEF均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后以上指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清IL-17无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后血清IL-17均明显降低(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较,观察组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年CVA时加用百令胶囊,能够改善患者的小气道功能障碍,下调IL-17的表达。Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule on pulmonary function and IL-17 in elderly patients with cough variant asthma（ CVA）. Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with CVA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group. The observation group received Bailing capsule combined with salmeterol flonase powder inhalation for treatment,and the control group received salmeterol flonase powder inhalation. Pulmonary function indexes and serum level of IL-17 of the two groups were compared after 16 weeks of treatment. Results The forced expiratory volume in one second predicted（ FEV1%）,FEV1 / forced vital capacity（ FVC）and peak expiratory flow（ PEF） of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,especially in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）.The serum level of IL-17 showed significant differences between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Bailing capsule can improve pulmonary dysfunction,and down-regulate serum level of IL-17 in elderly patients with CVA.
