排气合剂对直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：为了研究排气合剂口服在促进直肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复中的临床效果，将直肠癌术后患者164例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组82例。两组术后均给予常规护理，鼓励患者活动，3d未排气的患者用开塞露刺激肠蠕动。观察组在常规护理基础上经胃管注入排气合剂50mL，温度在35～37℃，3次／d，3d为1个疗程。如果肠道功能恢复，出现排气．则停止胃管注入排气合剂。结果显示，观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间短于对照组（均P〈0．01）。结果表明，排气合剂能促进直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复，是一种经济、有效、易被患者接受的方法。This study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of oral flatus mixture promoting gastrointesti- nal tract function recovery. The 164 patients who had been subject to surgery for their rectal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control one,82 cases for each;after operation all of 164 patients were given with routine nursing,and encouraged to make motion,for the three-day non-flatus pa- tients with Enema Glycerint Kaisailu to stimulate their enterokinesia;on basis of routine nursing observa- tion group was given 50 mL of flatus mixture via tube of stomach（ the mixture＇s temperature at 35-37 ℃, 3 times/d,3 days were as 1 treatment course） ,up to flatus appeared due to intestinal tract function recovery,at once stopping infusing the mixture via tube of stomach.As results,in the time for rugitus sound recovered,for first flatus,and for bowel movement observation group was all shorter than control group（all P 〈0.01）.Results show that this mixture can promote gastrointestinal tract function recovery after rectal carcinoma surgery,is an economic,effective and easily acceptable method by patients.
