辨体质辨病辨证论治气郁体质便秘临床观察  

According to the Diagnosis of Symptoms ＆ Somaplasm and Diseases Treating Constipation Predominanted by Stagnancy of Qi .- Clinical Observation

摘　　要：运用辨体质辨病辨证相结合的方法，观察自拟方调肝润肠舒口服治疗气郁体质便秘的临床疗效。将60例气郁体质便秘患者随机分为2组，治疗组30例以调肝润肠舒口服治疗，对照组30例用聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗。疗程均为3个月。结果显示，总有效率治疗组96．6％（29／30），对照组63．3％（19／30），治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后便秘症状积分低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明，辨体为主结合辨证辨病个体化治疗方案，应用调肝润肠舒治疗气郁体质便秘疗效满意。This study was to observe the clinical effect of self-designed Tiaogan Runchang Shu（a formula of Chinese medicine for regulating the function of the liver and loosening the bowels） for individually trea- ting constipation predominanted by stagnancy of Qi according to the diagnosis of symptoms ＆ somaplasm and diseases,randomly divided 60 patients with constipation predominanted by stanancy of Qi into treat- ment group and control one,30 cases for each;the former received above Tiaogan Runchang Shu,the latter adopted Maerogol 4000 powder;both treatment course were all 3 months.As results,in total effective rate the former was superior to the latter（29/30,96.6% vs 19/30,63.3%, P〈0.05）,in the score on constipa- tion symptom the former was lower than the latter （ P 〈0.01）.Results show that according to the diagno- sis of symptoms ＆ somaplasm and disease performing individual treatment schemes to use Tiaogan Run- chang Shu for treating constipation predominanted by stanancy Qi can acheive satisfactory effect.
