北京市大兴区中小学校控烟环境调查情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市大兴区学校控烟环境状况,为制定切实可行的学校控烟制度提供可靠依据。方法使用北京市统一的调查问卷进行普查,全区所有学校(包括私立学校)均通过微信平台或是计算机在线平台进行网上答题。结果大兴区32.2%的学校周边100 m处存在售烟点,81.8%的售烟草点未在醒目位置设置吸烟有害健康标识,77.3%售烟点未在醒目位置设置不向未成年人售卖烟草标识,19.2%的(校医或保健教师)表示见过在校教职工在校园内吸烟。结论大兴区中小学校周边环境有待改善,对师生的控烟工作将是一项长期、持久的宣传教育工作。[Objective]To understand the environmental quality of tobacco control in schools in Daxing District of Beijing,provide a reliable basis for formulating feasible school tobacco control system. [Methods]A general survey was performed by the unified questionnaire in Beijing. All schools（including private schools） answered the questionnaire online by the We Chat platform or internet. [Results]There were 32.2% of the schools existed the cigarettes stalls around 100 meters of the area,81.8% of the tobacco sellers did not set up the information sign of smoking harmful to health in striking position,77.3% of the tobacco sellers did not set up the information sign of do not sell tobacco to minors in striking position,and 19.2% of the teachers and school doctors have seen some teachers smoked on school grounds. [Conclusion]The environment around schools in Daxing District should be improved,and the tobacco control among teachers and students is a long-term and lasting publicity and education work.
