中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察。方法应用润燥止痒胶囊联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹80例,观察治愈率及治疗前后两组患者IgE水平。结果治疗结束后,治疗组有效率为91.11%,对照组为68.57%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=7.91,P〈0.05）;随访结果：治疗组复发2例,对照组复发8例,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=11.02,P〈0.05）;治疗组血清Ig E水平较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应轻微。[Objective] To explore the curative effect of the combination of TCM and WM in treatment of chronic urticaria.[Methods]The Runzaozhiyang capsules and Loratadine were applied for treatment of 80 cases of chronic urticaria. The cure rate and Ig E levels in both groups before and after treatment were observed. [Results]After treatment, the cure rate of treatment group and control group was 91.11%,68.57%,respectively,with significant difference（χ~2=7.91,P〈0.05）. The results of follow up showed2 cases of relapse in treatment group and 8 cases of relapse in control group, with significant difference（χ~2=11.02,P〈0.05）. Serum Ig E level of treatment group was decreased after treatment, with significant difference（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The combination of TCM and WM has good effect in treatment of chronic urticaria,with high cure rate, low relapse rate and slightly adverse reaction.
