五参安神胶囊的质量标准研究

摘  要:目的建立五参安神胶囊的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对石菖蒲、首乌藤、五味子进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定五味子醇甲的含量,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为250 nm。结果五味子、石菖蒲、首乌藤的TLC图均斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;五味子醇甲在1.24~39.6μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.89%,RSD为1.61%(n=9)。结论研究方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于五参安神胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Wushen Anshen capsules. Methods Acori tatari- nowii rhizoma, Polygonum multiflorum caulis and Schizandra chinensis were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of Schizandrin was determined by HPLC. The determination was performed on a ClS column with a mobile phase composed of methyl alcohol-water(70: 30)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml .min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results TLC spots were fairly clear, and the negative samples showed no interference. The linear range of Schizandra methanol was 1.24 - 39.6 μg .ml-1 ( r = 0. 9999 ) with an average recovery of 100.89% , RSD = 1.61% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of Wushen Anshen capsules.
