品管圈在围手术期预防用抗菌药物的管理

摘　　要：目的通过运用品管圈管理方法加强对兰州军区兰州总医院安宁分院Ⅰ类切口手术及介入手术预防用抗菌药物的管理,降低围手术期预防用抗菌药物不合理率,保障患者用药安全。方法按照品管圈活动步骤,调查该院Ⅰ类切口手术及介入手术预防用抗菌药物现状,查找造成预防用抗菌药物合理率低的主要原因,制定相应对策加以实施,并评价对策的有效性。结果通过开展品管圈活动,该院Ⅰ类切口手术及介入手术预防用抗菌药物不合理率由活动前的83.01%下降到活动后的43.65%,且圈员们的品管手法、自信心、积极性、责任感等无形成果均得到提高。结论应用品管圈管理方法,可提升围手术期预防用抗菌药物的合理率,值得推广。Objective To strengthen the control of prophylactic use of antibiotics in type Ⅰincision surgery and interventional therapy through the quality control circle （QCC） so as to make more rational the use periopera- rive antibiotics for prophylaxis and ensure the safety of drug therapy for patients. Methods According to the steps of QCC, the major causes of irrational use of perioperative antibiotics for prophylaxis were analyzed by investigating the current use of prophylactic antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision surgery and interventional therapy in our hospital. Corre- sponding countermeasures were formulated and evaluated. Results As a result of QCC, the rate of irrational use of prophylactic antibiotics in type I incision surgery and interventional therapy was reduced from 83. 01% to 43.65% , and intangible results were achieved, involving QCC tool of members, self confidence, enthusiasm, and responsibility. Conclusion By applying QCC supervision method, the rate of rational use of perioperative antibiotics for prophylaxis can be increased. The QCC management system is worthy of popularization.
