摘　　要：建立松散回潮过程水介质质量动态守恒模型,实现对松散回潮工序增湿过程的量化。通过对在线验证的结果分析,最后根据模型设定一定的出口烟叶水分,通过调整过程工艺水施加量,进一步证明了模型的实用性。We can achieve the quantification to the humidification process in the loosening and conditioning by building a dynamic mass conservation model to aqueous medium.Through the analysis to online verification results, the model reflects the changes of aqueous medium in the process of the loosening and conditioning.According to the model, set the moisture of export tobacco leaf,we adjust the quantities of process water and the result proves the model＇s validity.
