摘　　要：分析了传统廉政风险防控模式的不足,在充分分析建立廉政风险预警防控系统所需条件的基础上,提出了基于GIS技术与业务办公深度融合的廉政风险预警防控系统,并给出了具体的系统框架模型、核心数据建库方法以及系统对风险点防控的运行机制。该系统在广州市规划局得到应用,理论分析和实践结果均表明所设计的系统具有可行性和有效性,为容积率调整的廉政风险预警防控的智能化提供了新途径。This paper put forward a risk early warning and control system using GIS technology,and introduced the frame model of the system,the method of building spatial data,and the control method of the risk.The system was applied in Guangzhou City Planning Bureau.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the system is feasible and effective,and can provide a new way for risk control.
