摘 要:本文为了探讨当前经济下行,牛羊肉市场低迷,牛羊肉价格持续走低问题。从供给侧改革角度出发,结合新疆昌吉州肉牛肉羊产业发展的现状及问题,分析了当前经济形势肉牛肉羊产业如何转型,如何去库存,如何提高经济效益途径,探讨主要包括:政府扶持至关重要,延长产业链条可有效降低中间成本;树立品牌意识,可有效提高经济效益;结合市场供求,保种保质,是后续发展的基础;去产能,淘汰不适宜,是提效率、降成本的根本。To discuss the issues including current decline of economy, downturn of beef and mutton markets,and falling price of beef and mutton, this paper, based on supply reform and current situation and problems inthe development of cattle and sheep industries in Changji, analyzes how should the cattle and sheep industriestransform under current economic situation, how to reduce inventory, how to improve economic effects, anddiscusses the following issues: the importance of government support; lengthening industry chain mayeffectively reduce cost;building awareness of brand may improve economic effects; ensuring quality based onmarket supply and demand is the basis of continuous development; reducing capacity and weeding out theunqualified are the foundation to improve effect and reduce cost.
